Energy and telco service provider, structured in B2B and B2C market. Through this society Estabanell sells 100% renewable and certified electricity, energy efficiency services, home maintenance services, telecommunication services (fiber, mobile, and TV), alarms, photovoltaic self-consumption, and electric mobility services.
Estabanell Generació, S.L
A company that, under the Estabanell brand, drives the energy transition towards sustainable electricity generation through small and medium-scale photovoltaic plants integrated in the territory and located close to the consumption points. This company also manages 6 small hydroelectric power plants that Estabanell has concessions on the River Ter.
Alongside with Innover, it develops the strategy for the construction of parks and industrial self-consumption. Since the end of 2022, Estabanell became the majority shareholder of Innover, a leading company in the renewable energy sector in Catalonia.

A company from Sabadell consolidated in the installations market. The company has more than 40 professionals at its service and has more than 50 years of experience in sectors such as industry, tertiary, retail or renewable energies, etc.

Objectives
